Did not Receive Points in February Promo

I participated in the promotion for 800 Microsoft points for signing up for Xbox Live Rewards in February. I signed up February 5th. 

Please Read: I talked to Xbox Support, this was not a part of Xbox Live Rewards as it was a promotion FOR it. I did not get the points within XBL Rewards nor was I supposed to.

If an e-mail with my code for said points was sent to me, I did not receive it. Is there any way I could have the re-sent, because if my spam filters picked it up and I didn't see it, it would have been deleted after 30 days.

Just to clarify here, have you already checked both your WLID and contact (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) email, including all junk, spam, and trash folders? Let me know if it's there, otherwise we'll get you all fixed up here. Thanks!

Thanks for checking Chimp! I was looking at your account and I don't see any LIVE Gold purchases around the time you described above. Did you take part in this promotion on a different Gamertag? If so, could you post back here from that GT. Let me know, thanks!

Are you saying that I was unsubscribed from XBL Gold at the time? The promotion was for signing up for XBL Rewards, not Gold.

Thank you for the clarification Chimp, this was entirely my fault for misunderstanding you. As stated in your previous thread, all Rewards-related issues and questions need to be directed to Forum 14 - Rewards. They would be the ones who handle the sign-up bonus 800 MSP. Again, sorry for the confusion here. Thanks!
