Did not receive Killer Instinct code yet

I received a message in my Xbox 360 messages a couple weeks ago saying that I would be given a gift of unlocked characters in Killer Instinct. The message said to look for a message on 11/22/13. It is 11/24/13 now and I have not received any further information about it. I contacted Xbox support and his solution was for me to post this in the forums. After my first post in the forums, I was told to post in this forum. I find this very frustrating as I have no real way of knowing if this will ever be resolved. Here's hoping...

Bear in mind that the email actually said on or about November 22.  My code came in late last night and others I've heard of were still receiving codes today.  There are a lot that were offered.  

I would recommend watching your junk/spam folders into tomorrow and then send a reply to the email address the offer came from to see what they say.

Others in this situation have contacted official support and were told it could take up to a week to get it. If you don't have it by Thursday or Friday, get in touch with support.

I also didn't receive the promised code yet.  I have chatted and called support and they have told me to wait a day or two and to contact the rewards program support.  The rewards support forums has a post that suggested to post here.

I still havent received my KI code as promised as well. I contacted CS and they seemed lost and just said we will get back to you. Still nothing.

I have the same issue. Received a message on my 360 with the same description as Drowned and I still have not received the code. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
