Did not receive codes for Rainbow Six: Vegas games when I bought Rainbow Six: Siege

I bought Rainbow Six: Siege Gold Edition on Christmas Day 2015 when one of the promotions with the game was the two free codes for the Rainbow Six: Vegas games. It is not 14 days later and I have still not received the codes. I just chatted with Support who told me that I should post here to get a solution. I hope to get this figured out, because I am really exited to play these games again.

Side-note, I already own Rainbow Six Vegas because it was a Games With Gold free game a while back. I am mainly interested in receiving my Rainbow Six Vegas 2 code that I did not receive when I bought Rainbow Six: Siege.
