Crazy Larry Deal

I purchased the crazy larry deal on April 30th.  I never received the codes and just started to follow up. Saw the previous post and there was a misspelling in my default email through microsoft.  How can I get the codes since the original email must have been sent to an email that doesn't exist?

Hello SDChargers831: First what you need to do is correct your WLID and contact preferences (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) that way they know your information is correct. Then as HellspawnRei stated you will have to wait for a Support Agent to assist you.

Thank you for the feedback. Ive corrected the spelling of my email address in contact preferences and will wait to hear from Support.

crazy larry's offer delayed alot in sending the codes in time.

But it is stated that until 15th of June most of the codes will be send.

Please wait abit more.

Hello again Chargers: Also just a heads up on all Dashboard promotions there can be a 6-8 week Delivery Period. You probably should see your codes around the 3-4 week of June.

Hello SDChargers831! I'm sorry for any confusion, but you should have already received an email with those codes. Have you made sure to check all email accounts associated with your Gamertag for said email? Including your WLID as well as your spam, junk and trash folders? Standing by :)

Hello Miss Kleo. Thank you for responding to my post. I have checked all my folders and did not find an email with any codes. I saw that it took 6-8 weeks so I waited to post. I went through the other day to make sure everything was correct which is when I found my WLID had an unnecessary "S" in the email address listed under contact preferences. Is it possible to have the codes resent?
