cloud storage problem

I did not get my free 1 month code for the cloud error. I couldnt access any saved games.i haven't renewed xbox gold thinking i am goin to recieve this. It's been nearly 2 months and i am getting fed up. I keep having to use 2 day trials which arent working aswell. i just want my 1 month gold token. Can anyone please help?
