buy 3 games get 3 months xbox live gold, still havnt received my code.

I purchased Killer Instinct, Powerstar Golf, and  Crimson Dragon on 12/27/13 with gamertag: squllerbottom and still have not received my code for xbox live gold. I contacted customer support a few days ago and they were not familiar with the promo but said they would escalate the issue to a specialist team. I have not heard from them either so I thought Id try on here.

This is what customer support had to say when I contacted them. I even sent them a link with the xbox live screenshot of the PROMO and they basically called me a liar! Worst customer support I have ever received in my life and I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on Microsoft products.

My chat went the same way telling me that I didnt know what I was talking about and that that site is a 3rd party site not related to microsoft. They told me i would be contacted in 3-4 days but no one emailed or called me from microsoft. Im seriously considering selling my xbox one.

Microsoft has apparently scammed me on this deal as well. I also bought three games due to the offer and NEVER received the 3 free months of Xbox Live.

It took 4 chats and 2 phone calls to get my 3 months live code i will never trust a Microsoft promotion again.

For those of you who did not receive your free 3 month Gold, call Xbox Support and ask for the Games and Apps Department. The woman who helped me was very friendly and took care of it ASAP. Great customer service.

What a PITA. I'm going through the same crap right now and the person said to check the forum here which is one of the first things I did. This is the second promotion that MS is trying to screw me on. Well they did screw me on the other one. I never did get my free 12 months of XBL for getting Office 365.

The person in chat said they never heard of this 3 month promotion. What a crock. The only reason I purchased those three games was to get the free three months.

I'm having an issue with this as well, talked to online support and the games and apps division on the phone and they said they have no idea what this promotion was and really have no way to help other than by posting on the forums and waiting.
