Bonus points for renewal not received after 13 weeks

Hi,

on January 5 I renewed my XBL Gold account using a prepaid card. I've done so trough a dashboard add that promised some free Points for the renewal – I honestly don't remember how many.

Today, 13 weeks later, I still haven't received anything.

Hi,

my account was about to expire, so around 10-15 days before the actual expiration date (which was Jan 10) I got this banner in the dashboard, saying that I could either renew there directly and get a discount (20% I think), or renew using a prepaid card and get some MS Points as a bonus.

So I bought a card on Amazon and renewed going through this banner.

Then, nothing happened. I haven't received any email or anything about this.

Thanks for the info, Jack! Just to clarify, have you checked both your WLID and contact email (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) inbox, as well as all junk, spam, and trash folders?

Yes, I did. The contact email is the one I've used for the past few years, and I regularly check my spam folder so I'm sure I did't get any message about this.
