A code from an e-mail is not showing up in my inbox so I am unable to use it.

I received an e-mail for a code from Xbox. This code however doesn't show up in the e-mail so I cannot enter it on the dashboard or Xbox.com. Is there anything that can be done to help?

If this was a code that you received from a support professional on the phone I would recommend calling them back, or setting up a click-to-chat, they will likely be able to help you.

If the code does not show up in the email request for the code to be sent again from the source of the email. I would also make sure there are no filters being applied to your mail or the code is not embedded in the mail mistakingly. You can simply usually right click a text to change it from its html or rich text formatting by right clicking the page and clicking view page source code, press control F to sort through the data using the embedded browser's find button this will narrow down the amount of code you may need to skim through.

Thank you for all of the replies, I have tried everything you have suggested but nothing has worked. The code I meant was the promotional code for a Weapon Skin in Gears of War: Judgment. I have emailed back the sender of the email but I have got no reply as of yet.

If this was a promotional code that came with a pre-order for Gears of War: Judgment, you'll want to talk with the retailer you initially pre-ordered that game from, they should be able to help you.
