800 Points for Xbox Live renewal still not received

Back on 28th February I participated in an UK Xbox Dashboard promotion where I would receive either a discount of a Xbox Live 12 month subscription or 800 points if using a pre-paid card. I went the pre-paid card route that I had purchased on the internet. I have however to receive the points. I have checked billing.microsoft.com and checked my email that is associated with my account with no reference to my missing points.

Hello DsK UK: I know you said you checked it but can you please check your WLID and Contact E-Mail again making sure to check Junk/Spam/Deleted/Saved Folders to make sure they accidentally got thrown in there.

Also you said this was a Dashboard promotion? Did this specific have a Name (Such as Crazy Larry) or anything like that? That would defiantly help getting this taken care of.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have checked all of my email accounts and have no emails providing me with any codes. The dashboard promotion was the same as this thread forums.xbox.com/.../247021.aspx. I would have alerted someone sooner, but tbh I forgot all about it until recently.
