600 points for renewing my subscription not received...

Hi,

I renewed my XBox Live gold subscription with a pre-paid card on the 20th March and have not received the promised points.

My XBox Live address and contact email address are the same and I have checked the spam folder etc so have definitely not missed anything.

Seems to be a very common occurence looking at the number of similar posts?
