600 MSP from a 12 month renewal

Dear Support,

On February 28th I had renewed my subscription by a prepaid code via the dashboard of my xbox. Since then I have been awaiting any MSP (specifically 600 MSP) that may have been deposited directly or given by email. There is still nothing on my account as of May 2nd.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there Iticolev! I understand you are missing some promotional points here. These are usually sent as a code via email. Can you please check both your WLID and contact (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) emails, including all junk, spam, and trash folders please?

Sadly, I have been checking my email since I renewed. I even did a search for similar issues with 600 MSP prior to posting. I would not be here if I hadn't exhausted all possibilities on my end, save for posting online for assistance.
