2 month ago I wrote to Xbox Support - but they couldn't solve my problem and advised to contact your department directly.
In August 2011 I bought original Xbox360 Slim console in United Kingdom.
I managed to buy some MS points & spent them for game content in Xbox Live Marketplace + 1 subscribed to 1 year of GOLD account.
In September & October 2011 on my email I started to receive promotions/adverts on free MS points in Xbox Live Marketplace.
But the problem is that they had the same code which I used from the first such promotion in September. (19th of September)
Last I received 2 promotions on my email on October 18th:
"Get more Red Dead Redemption with 160 points on us"
"Get more of your favorite games with 160 points on us"
and both of them had the same code, like the other once.
So totally I received 6 email promotions with free MS points, but there was only 1 valid. 5 went for nothing. I can provide screenshots & video of my mailbox. Plus you can check that only 1 such promotion was activated on my account.
I wrote about this issue to LIVE support, but they couldn't help and transferred me to another support department. Since that situation I haven't receive any promotional codes.
I'm willing to buy & spend more MS points in this year, but I want to participate in your promotions as well and receive small amount of free MS points from time to time, like encouragement. But firstly I want to be sure that future "free codes" would be all different & valid and still I would like to ask you to enroll those free points from 5 bugged promotions on my account. And I will definitely buy more MS points through official website using my PayPal account.
I'm sure that that was some program mistake.
