6 months of live and 5 free games

On Monday, April 02 I purchased the dashboard deal advertising 5 free games with the purchase of a 6 months subscription to xbox live gold. It's been far more than 6-8 weeks. I've spoken with 3 reps now through the microsoft online chat and nothing has been solved. I've double checked my email and have been constantly looking through my spam to see if I mgiht have missed it. I'm starting to get a little frustrated here and I was hoping if some one could help me out. The ticket number i received from the online rep's is [REMOVED - DO NOT POST PERSONAL INFORMATION]
