6 months and 5 free games code.

I took part in the five free game promotion that came with six months of Gold Membership and even though it has now been a few months, i have not recieved any codes from Microsoft. I've checked my email account thoroughly and i am sure that any potential email has not been sent to my junk folder.

Any help that could be offered in regards to this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Can you do me a favor and check your Contact Preferences (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) to ensure your checking the correct E-mail address. Once you have did that please post back confirming that you have checked all your E-mail inbox/junk/spam folders and that you've checked your contact preferences so that Miss Kleo, Mister Darcy or Mister Gwyther can send you a PM with more information. I checked through my folders of my email address to make sure that it had not slipped through, but as far as i can see i have not recieved an email in regards to the code.

Typically a Support Agent will contact you within a few hours. I believe the Support Hours are 9AM PST-5PM PST Monday through Friday but I am not 100% sure on that.

I've waited a couple of days and checked my emails again and i still have not recieved either a set of codes or a PM on this forum in regards to the matter. How much longer is this likely to take, to be resolved?

I still have not seen a single person say that they have successfully received their game tokens. Not very encouraging...

Hello again: Just an FYI as to why you didn't get a PM Support hours are 9AM PST - 5PM PST Monday through Friday. you should hear back by today most likely.

The reason you never hear people after they get sent a PM by a Support Agent is becasue the threads are locked.
