400 ms points for signing up on xbox live

there was a promotion offer on xbox for 400 MS points when you signed up for 12 months of xbox live. It said it would take 4 weeks its been 4 months and still no points. What do i do?

Phone support is usually the best way to go about these issues. Only over the phone have I myself gotten this problem sorted out multiple times.

For help with dashboard promotions you'll need to post here - forums.xbox.com/.../2505.aspx

You will also need to let them know when you participated in the offer.

Hey cheezeapple! Can you tell me a bit more about the promotion you participated in? Also, can you confirm that you've checked all emails linked to your GT for this promotional email? This includes your WLID and preferred contact (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences), as well as all spam, junk and trash folders! Let us know. :)
