3+1 month gold with 480 points. Points not received

I purchased, via the dashboard, the promo for 3+1 month gold, with 480 points free for £15, on the 26th March. Im still yet to receive my points. Is there a way of checking if theyve been sent out or not?

Hey there Arrison! Promo points are usually sent as a code via email. Can you please check both your WLID and contact (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) email addresses, including all junk, trash, and spam folders. Let me know if you find the code there. Thanks!

Alright, thank you for checking! I did some more digging on this and it looks like they are still in the process of sending out the codes. I apologize for the confusion on my part here. Received an email today that had the following instructions:

Here's how to redeem:

• Click here or on the "Get your free gift" link below.

• Sign in to your Xbox LIVE account using the email address you received this message at (if you are not already signed in).

• Your code is automatically entered on the page so simply click on Redeem Code.

After following the instructions, no code is entered in the box, and theres no code in the email to enter it manually . Thats tried in both Firefox and Internet Explorer, and the browser on my Android phone. So, still no points.

Hey again! I was just made aware of this issue this morning when I got in. It looks like they're already aware of it, investigating it, and in the process of getting new email sent out. Just received another email, subject -Oops, here is your gift from Xbox LIVE. Same content, and does exactly the same as the last one when the link is clicked, no code in the box, and thus no points.

i have the same issue, email and then an oops email. both not working. signed up from the xbox dashboard. no code is on the screen when you click the link. I have spent in excess of 3 hours chasing this today
