2 months since upgrading and NO free game

I upgraded 2 months ago.

Telephoned Xbox LIVE customer service twice during this period for clarification of the offer but honestly still dont know when I will receive a FREE game from the list.

I have still not chosen my game?

Did someone purchase the 12 month subscription + one month free + free game, and actually knows what is going on?

I have had terrible service on this matter and to make the situation worse the games are now dirt cheap.

I have phoned xbox LIVE customer services three times and noone knows anything. I had to ask for them to send me at least a confirmation of what I purchased. Now today they tell me that the offer was withdrawn prior to me selecting the offer via my xbox LIVE screen. POOR POOR service. How can you have confidence in buying things from xbox? AND now still waiting for a SUPERVISOR to call me....
