Haven't gotten confirmation code yet, it's been about 8 1/2 weeks since, and I didn't get any help whatsoever from Xbox Customer Support, so maybe someone here can help.

Have you checked to see what email you have on file? It isn't necessarily the same as your WLID. Also, have you checked the spam folder of that email account?
