When I try to make the purchase, it says"Unable to retrieve information from xbox live". What should I do?

Now it is telling me "Sorry, there's an issue with your account. To fix the problem, visit https://account.live.com or choose a different payment method".  Do I have to wait a few hours or something?

Hey Ninjaboi321! You're receiving these error messages because the billing information you have listed to your account is not valid, you can try a new payment method or try re-entering the current method to see if you can then successfully purchase the promotion! If not let us know. :)

The same thing is still happening, even when I tried a different payment method.

Also, I decided to try and buy one month of xbox live gold, now it is still saying the same thing.
