2 months for £2 special offer error

After attempting to take advantage of the deal, as I have been low on funds and have had to resort to a silver account, I recieved the folling message:

"Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE.

Please try again later.

Status code: 90190863"


Now, before hand there was a problem with my billing details as a previous card had expired, leading to a suspension, but after that even the subscription expired, and I was allowed to change my billing details to an actual working card. I don't think I have much time to act either, as this is a limited time offer, and must hurry or it will be a long time before I'll ever be able to access gold features.

Lock this thread, the problem has been solved by transferring the balance from the declined card onto the new one.
