2 free arcade games

GT- Paulio Maldino  i have stated many many times in emails to microsoft, that , i took up the offer,, it was maybe 1-3 monthes of xbox live and 2 free arcade games. i have repeatly stated that i have not recived my email confirmation of a code.. it has been so long now i have just given up on it..  Secondly your Xbox rewards program is just one MASSIVE  let down for the company ... 2 surveys taken.. no points  3 monthes updated  no points  spent FOUR THOUSAND  msp points ..no 5% back or Halo banshee    so hear it is ... The Big  Question to you - can u help sort this out.... or are you going to send me an email full of some technical JARGON about waiting some more time

Support usually only posts during the week. But there are some support team members that post on these forums.

 

As far as your Rewards points (I can only try to help a little since I don't have access to see what you've done), they're only deposited into your account when you reach 100 points pending. So the 2 surveys would not be awarded yet.

 

Did you spend the 4000 points in March or April? Those were the only months that the 5% back was available.

 

The code for the banshee will be sent out 8-10 weeks from the end of that promotion which was May 15.

i have on my rewards program 70 points pending.. from 3 surveys and a  1 month live..i completed 2   ADDITIONAL surveys as a gold member  no points added to pending,  i added 3 monthes of live .. again ..you guessed it still the same old points pending... march/april i lost count mate at the points i spent.... MASSIVE

Listen anyway i couldn't care less about the Rewards scam its feeble rewards are small fry .., i am here simply because as i said.. On the dashboard was an offer of XBL live and some arcade games... I bout with my credit card and i havent got my Games ..Thats why I am here ..                                         XBOX rewards are a 3rd party website making customers more frustrated with the service .Bonus

Hi! Just to clarify a bit, when you purchased the subscription in February, did you actually purchase a subscription from the Dashboard Promo offering?

Also, regarding the Rewards issues, I noticed on your account there were lapses in your subscription in the month of April that would prevent you from fulfilling the terms of the 5% back, so unfortunately you would not qualify for that offer.

Thats all i wanted .. an answer.. thank you!  and i must clarify. i purchesed the promotion, with my debit card .. 100%  on the dashboard. (and Forgive me if i'm wrong, but i phoned customer support directly after because i never got my code)
