This is the second time I am posting as first post is still unanswered.
In January, I bought a package on Xbox Live of 13 Months of Xbox Live Gold and 800 free Microsoft Points. I have Gold like I'm supposed to but I've waited all this time and I still don't have the points. I've checked all associated email account and their junk folders for something and there has been nothing. I've checked my billing site for recent activity on the points everyday and nothing.
I want my points as this deal was promoted on the XBL dashboard and I assumed it would be automatic.
Please fix this immediately!!!
