12 months of Xbox Live Gold with your Office 365 subscription

I've bought the Office 365 Home Premium subscription in the middle of September.

I did the steps on the webpage "12 months of Xbox Live Gold with your Office 365 subscription" http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/offer/buy-office-365-get-12-months-of-xbox-live-gold-FX104049875.aspx but I didn't receive any confirmation through e-mail or anything saying that Microsoft received the request. In the end of the process just appeared a message saying that if I am eligible I will receive the code within 4 weeks.

Is that correct?  Is there a way to track the request and to make sure Microsoft received it?

it will pop up eventually. i'm sure one of the tech support guys will be able to look into it more, but really the only thing you can do is wait the weeks out.

Hey there Operative,

Some people have reported getting their codes earlier but it can take up to 4 weeks for them to be sent.

If you pass that 4 week mark, for this promotion you'll want to get in touch with Office 365 Customer Service as it states in the terms.
