1000 points for zune to xbow music change

I have  a Xbox music account and I believe that the email/emails got sent to a old email address at [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR MICROSOFT ACCOUNT]. This was a inactive account and they cannot recover any emails. Wondering if you can cancel old ones and re issue new ones?

The forum support agents are not able to resend e-mails that were sent to an incorrect e-mail in regards to this promotion. This was something that was sent to customers for being old Zune customers when Xbox Music was first introduced.

You can try to reach out to phone/chat support and maybe they can assist you with this.
