  • Gateway - 192.168.10.1
  • Username – admin
  • Password – (blank)

 

How To Find SSID (Network Name)



  1. Open web browser.
  2. Login to router by entering http://192.168.10.1 into the address bar.
  3. If prompted for a username and password use “admin” and leave the password blank.
  4. Select Wireless 2.4GHZ on the left.
  5. Select Basic from the sub-menu on the left.
  6. The network name will be labeled as SSID.



How to Find Wireless Passphrase (WPA/WEP)



  1. Open web browser.
  2. Login to router by entering http://192.168.10.1 into the address bar.
  3. If prompted for a username and password use “admin” and leave the password blank.
  4. Select Wireless 2.4GHZ on the left.
  5. Select Security from the sub-menu on the left.
  6. Passphrase is located on this page labeled either Encryption Key or Pre-Shared Key.



Changing Wireless Security Type/ Disabling Wireless Security



  1. Open web browser.
  2. Login to router by entering http://192.168.10.1 into the address bar.
  3. If prompted for a username and password use “admin” and leave the password blank.
  4. Select Wireless 2.4GHZ on the left.
  5. Select Security from the sub-menu on the left.
  6. Select the desired security type from the "Encryption" drop down menu.(To disable security, select "Disable" from the "Encryption" dorp down menu.)



Wireless Channel

  1. Open web browser.
  2. Login to router by entering http://192.168.10.1 into the address bar.
  3. If prompted for a username and password use “admin” and leave the password blank.
  4. Select Wireless 2.4GHZ on the left.
  5. Select Basic from the sub-menu on the left.
  6. Disable the Auto channel.
  7. In the Channel drop down select desired channel. (1,3,9,11)
  8. Click Apply.

 

Wireless Mode

  1. Open web browser.
  2. Login to router by entering http://192.168.10.1 into the address bar.
  3. If prompted for a username and password use “admin” and leave the password blank.
  4. Select Wireless 2.4GHZ on the left.
  5. Select Basic from the sub-menu on the left.
  6. For the Wireless Mode drop down select “2.4 GHz (802.11g)”.
  7. Click Apply.

 

Change Wireless Band (Width)

  1. Open web browser.
  2. Login to router by entering http://192.168.10.1 into the address bar.
  3. If prompted for a username and password use “admin” and leave the password blank.
  4. Select Wireless 2.4GHZ on the left.
  5. Select Advanced from the sub-menu on the left.
  6. Select 20MHz only from the Band Width drop down menu.
  7. Select Apply.



DMZ

  1. Open web browser.
  2. Login to router by entering http://192.168.10.1 into the address bar.
  3. If prompted for a username and password use “admin” and leave the password blank.
  4. Select Firewall on the left.
  5. Select DMZ from the sub-menu on the left.
  6. Check the Enable DMZ box.
  7. In the drop down menu select the Xbox.
  8. Click the “<” button.
  9. Click Apply.

 

UPnP

  1. Open web browser.
  2. Login to router by entering http://192.168.10.1 into the address bar.
  3. If prompted for a username and password use “admin” and leave the password blank.
  4. Select Advanced on the left.
  5. Select UPnP from the sub-menu on the left.
  6. Enable or Disable UPnP.
  7. Select Apply.

 

Port Forwarding

  1. Open web browser.
  2. Login to router by entering http://192.168.10.1 into the address bar.
  3. If prompted for a username and password use “admin” and leave the password blank.
  4. Select Advanced on the left.
  5. Select Port Forwarding from the sub-menu on the left.
  6. Check the Enable Port Forwarding box.
  7. Type Xbox for Description.
  8. Put the Xbox’s IP Address in Local IP.
  9. For Protocol select “Both”
  10. Type 3074 for both Local and Public Port.
  11. Select Always for Schedule
  12. Click Add.
  13. Select Apply.

 

DHCP Reservation

  1. Open web browser.
  2. Login to router by entering http://192.168.10.1 into the address bar.
  3. If prompted for a username and password use “admin” and leave the password blank.
  4. Select System on the left.
  5. Select DHCP from the sub-menu on the left.
  6. Check the box for Enable Static DHCP IP.
  7. Enter in the IP address you want the Xbox to have.
  8. Enter the MAC Address of the Xbox.
  9. Select Add.
  10. Select Apply.

 

MAC Filtering



  1. Open web browser.
  2. Login to router by entering http://192.168.10.1 into the address bar.
  3. If prompted for a username and password use “admin” and leave the password blank.
  4. Select Firewall from the menu on the left.
  5. Select MAC Filter from the sub menu on the left.
  6. Uncheck the Enable MAC Filtering check box.
  7. Select Apply.

Entering PPPoE



  1. Open web browser.
  2. Login to router by entering http://192.168.10.1 into the address bar.
  3. If prompted for a username and password use “admin” and leave the password blank.
  4. Select Internet from the menu on the left.
  5. Select PPPoE from the sub menu on the left.
  6. Enter the PPPoE Login and Password provided by the internet service provider.
  7. Select Apply.



Restoring Defaults

Through firmware

  1. Plug the computer into the LAN port of the device.
  2. Open web browser.
  3. Login to router by entering http://192.168.10.1 into the address bar.
  4. If prompted for a username and password use “admin” and leave the password blank.
  5. Select Tools on the left.
  6. Select Backup from the sub-menu on the left.
  7. Click the Reset button.
  8. Click Ok.
  9. Wait for lights on the device to turn off then return to normal.

 

Through Hardware

  1. Plug the computer into the LAN port of the device.
  2. Locate the reset button on the back of the device.
  3. Hold the reset button for at least 10 seconds.
  4. Wait for lights to turn off then return to normal.

 

Updating Firmware

  1. Plug the computer into the LAN port of the router.
  2. Open web browser.
  3. Go to the Keebox support page.
  4. Find your device and download the latest firmware version to somewhere easy to find. (such as the Desktop)
  5. Login to router by entering http://192.168.10.1 into the address bar.
  6. If prompted for a username and password use “admin” and leave the password blank.
  7. Select Tools on the left.
  8. Select Firmware from the sub-menu on the left.
  9. Select Browse.
  10. Locate the Firmware file that was downloaded and click Open.
  11. Wait for the update to finish before removing the ethernet cord or rebooting the router.

 

Known Issues

There are no known issues at this time.

Multiple Console Support

We have confirmed that this network device is unable to support more than one console with an Open NAT.
