Login Information

  • Gateway: 192.168.254.254
  • Username: admin
  • Password: admin

MAC Filtering

  1. Connect a computer to the gateway with an Ethernet cable.
  2. Open a web browser on a computer.
  3. Type the address 192.168.254.254 into the web address bar.
  4. This will take you to a login page, type admin for the “Password”.
  5. Once logged in select the General Settings on the left side.
  6. Select WLAN Access Restrictions on the left hand side.
  7. Select from the following options: Disable, Blacklist, or Whitelist.
  8. Select Set Up List to add devices to the MAC filter.
  9. Select Submit.
  10. Select Security Settings on the left hand side.
  11. Select MAC Filtering in the sub category.
  12. On the main page select either Whitelist (to allow devices) or Blacklist (to prevent devices from connecting.)
  13. Select Add Item.
  14. Either select or type in a MAC address of a device.
  15. Select save/ok.

 

Disable MAC Filtering

  1. Connect a computer to the gateway with an Ethernet cable.
  2. Open a web browser on a computer.
  3. Type the address 192.168.254.254 into the web address bar.
  4. This will take you to a login page, type admin for the “Password”.
  5. Once logged in select General Settings on the left hand side.
  6. Select WLAN Access Restrictions on the left hand side.
  7. Select Disable on the main page to turn off MAC filtering.
  8. Select Submit to save and reboot the device.

I've tried putting the address into the browser several times now and I just keep getting an error timed out message :( am I doing something wrong?

Have you tried 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.254
