Login Information

  • Gateway - 192.168.1.254
  • Username - admin
  • Password – (Device access code from sticker)

Port Forwarding

  1. Open a web browser.
  2. Enter http://192.168.1.254 in the address bar. (Or click the link) Enter the username and password if the gateway asks (admin/password on sticker).
  3. Click Expert Mode on the left then click Yes to continue.
  4. Click the Configure button at the top.
  5. Click Advanced on the left.
  6. Click Pin Holes under the NAT heading.
  7. For Pinhole Name type in Xbox 1.
  8. In the drop down for Protocol Select choose TCP.
  9. For External Port Start and End type 3074.
  10. For internal IP Address type in the IP address of the Xbox.
  11. Type in 3074 in the box for Internal Port.
  12. Click Submit.
  13. Click the yellow alert symbol in the top right corner, then click save and restart.
  14. Repeat steps 7-13 but use Xbox 2 on step 7 and UDP on step 8.

 

Disable Port Forwarding

  1. Open a web browser.
  2. Enter http://192.168.1.254 in the address bar. (Or click the link) Enter the username and password if the gateway asks (admin/password on sticker).
  3. Click Expert Mode on the left then click Yes to continue.
  4. Click the Configure button at the top.
  5. Click Advanced on the left.
  6. Click Pin Holes under the NAT heading.
  7. Select the Add or Edit more Pinholes button.
  8. Select the entry to want to remove.
  9. Click Delete
  10. Click Submit.
  11. Click the yellow alert symbol in the top right corner, then click save and restart.
