No puedo iniciar sesión en Minecraft PE[I can't log in to Minecraft PE]

He tratado de iniciar sesión en Xbox Live en Minecraft PE, pero luego de colocar mi correo y la contraseña me aparece el mensaje: “Algo salió mal. Inténtalo de nuevo o prueba en Xbox.com”

No funciona con el internet de mi casa, pero si con los demás. Trató de encontrar una forma de que funcione con mi red, desde dejar abierta la sesión mientras cambio la señal (se cierra el juego al abrirlo) y cerrarla en esa red y luego volverla abrir en mi internet, pero aparece el mismo mensaje. Busqué otras soluciones pero solo encontré el cambiar de red, que ya había probado.

Agradecería que me ayudarán a encontrar una solución a mi problema.

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with Minecraft Pocket Edition. Have you attempted to reinstall Minecraft Pocket Edition? Also, you may want to change your password, here's an article on how to do so: Change your Password - Xbox.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this update.

It appears that your network configuration is currently not allowing you to connect to Xbox Live.

Normally, under these circumstances we would recommend attempting to review the Multiplayer Game Solution wizard, but considering that you are just using a mobile device to connect to the Xbox Live services, I will instead recommend that you have Universal Plug and Play [UPnP] enabled on your router.

Alternatively, if this does not help resolve the matter, I will encourage you to use the network ports used by Xbox Live. The ports provided in the link will state that they are for Xbox One, but the ports are universal and will still help with alleviating this issue.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

Hi, yesterday i tried to log in on Minecraft PE.

I have the same problem as Diego.

I did all you have said XBF Eladio, but nothing has already solved the problem.

First, i change my password.

Then, i try it with a different DNS and configurating a static ip.

Since the steps provided for you were not able to help with resolving the problem, I would have to implore you to visit the Minecraft Forums, as they would be much better equipped to assist you with resolving this matter.

Alternatively, you can try and contact Mojang support and see if they are able to provide additional assistance.

Thank you Eladio, i'm going to visit the Mojang support.

I reply here because i have the same problem in the Xbox app. In both when i want to log in, after a couple of minutes, appears a message, "Something went wrong, try again or try on Xbox.com" but when i log in with my mobile internet it goes well, instead of my home internet.

En este caso te recomiendo que reinicies la configuración de tu modem router.

Asi mismo la red de tu dispositivo que estás usando para jugar Minecraft PE.

Depues intenta conectar de nuevo, pars ver si esto soluciona tu problema.

Por cierto puedes confirmar en que dispositivo estas intentando conectar? (Android o iOS?)

Mira, en mi caso tengo el mismo problema tanto en IOS como en android, en mi iPad intento acceder en Minecraft PE y en mi teléfono intento acceder en la aplicación de Xbox, acabo de reiniciar la configuración del modem, pero sigue sin funcionar.

Puedo acceder en ambos casos por medio de datos móviles, pero a la hora de conectarlo a un modem, ya no carga y aparece el mensaje de error, al igual Diego.
