I had to cancel my x box live membership because for the past 2 months I have been getting charged 19.95 a month instead of my regular 9.95 for my live service I spoke with support last month and they couldn't explain why I was gettin charged extra. Today when I talked to support to cancel my subscription they informed me that the charges were for your Zune service and I started my free trial on 12-05-12... I never used your service I would love more information in regards to this. My account was overdrawn twice due to this so with fees I came out of pocket roughly 35 dollars for something I never used.
