I just got hit with 5 confirmation Emails stating that I purchased a total of 9200 microsoft points for Zune. I was not the one pushing the buttons, and I am wanting to report fraudulent use of my billing information. my credit union only has customer service monday through friday, and microsoft customer service number (800) MICROSOFT (642-7676) only operates during certain times. I need to get my money back, I did not want these purchases and I *cannot* afford these purchases. please help.
short term fixes: I deleted my billing information of my account. like hell I want to be billed again like that.
