Zune player is NOT working

Hi My Name is Kim and i have been on and off hold with microsoft for an hour and 15 minutes

I have a  120G Zune player that is telling me to contact support

It has erased All my stuff

It is not recognized by my computer even though two other zunes we own are being recognized just fine

Ive tried multiple cords that are working with the other 2 zunes and the only one not connecting is mine

ive done everything i can on my own so Please help me get this situation taken care of these zune players are not cheap this proccess should be much easier

Zune player is not working.  I double click to hear a song and keeps buffering.
