i buy nba2k 13 from my console with my microsoft points and everything ok

but when i try to buy fifa or another game there is a problem

when i try to buy fifa 13/ call of duty from xbox :

when i try  to buy fifa 13 / call of duty from the web:

I live in Israel

I registered in the U.S. store with a U.S. address,

And paid via PayPal.

I read somewhere that in order to buy FIFA I have to use Hong Kong's store so I changed ..

And now I can not buy anything ...

.........all of this is incorrect. If you are trying to download from the marketplace in israel, thats the only region you can downlaod from. The marketplace differs from region to region. If you registered in the US, you need to change your xbox region here, live.xbox.com/.../accountmigration

Once your region is changed youll be able to use the marketplace in israel and will be able to download content specific to that region, if FIFA and COD is not on that list, you will not be able to download the content as the agreement between your region and microsoft will not allow it. (This will not prevent you from shipping games from the US to your location, those discs will still function on your console.)

but now i cant to change my xbox region:

Aah, that'll do it, yeah.  You will always want your account's region to match your physical location if possible. A mismatched region can cause issues like this. I'm afraid your best bet will be to wait until the time is up and then change it to the proper region.
