I am trying to buy TC's GRAW for $4.99 (400 Microsoft points). My account has sufficient points yet I consistently get the following error message: "

Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."
Can anyone help, please!

i keep running into this issue on everything, and even the live website wont allow me to log into my real account so i had to make this one to look at the forums=/

[/quote]You can sign into your account on Xbox.com by signing in the with the same Windows Live ID you used to create the account (which you may periodically receive Xbox e-mails from).

Have you tried purchasing on both xbox.com and Xbox 360, OP?

yea try to buy it on your xbox and on xbox.com

Greetings , That Issue occurs sometimes If your account region does not match your physical region, the only suggestion is to make a new account that does reflect this information correctly. Sorry for the confusion.

Please try purchasing again from the Console and see if it states something like that.

You can sometimes only download thing that are in your  region and yea you meant have to make a new account sorry
