I have been trying to purchase points for DAYS. it always gives me this message. I have tried several different cards and made sure the information on the card is correct.

Hey there Puppet! Just to be clear are you having trouble adding payment methods or just purchasing? Are you able to add the payment method fine, but get the error when you go to buy?

Can you start by checking out and making sure all your information there is correct (name, address, region, etc.). Also ensure that this information matches that of your payment methods.
