You can't help me..

Every time there is a host migration it seems to choose me and a 25 sec countdown begins for 5 seconds until it switches to a 4 second countdown and then I am booted. I have a ping of 8ms, DL of 16-20 & UL of 0.5. Whats the problem? I doubt anyone will be able to fix my problem here..

If you doubt anyone would be able to help you then why did you post at all? Try to have a positive outlook until you know for sure no one can help you, okay? On your PC go to speedtest.net and run three tests; one close to you (in your country), one far from you (in another country) then one in between. Then post the results here, be sure to include upload, download and ping for each test.

Just because your ISP tells you that you are getting 15dl/.5ul doesn't mean that is what you are actually getting. In fact your upload speed, if it is true, looks low for XBL. But we will know for sure once you have posted your results here.

I already included the speedtest results in my first post, I'm negative because I have yet to address the problem and fix it for some time now. Thanks for trying to help me though.

There is no way in hell you're getting a ping of 8ms when connecting to another country. Unless you happen to be near the border of the country with the place you're connecting to close to the border too.

Same test done at 37ms ping, 27DL & 0.51UL. Serious dude why would I lie, what do I have to gain from it? I'm interested in getting to the bottom of this problem.

That's only the one result though, what's wrong with posting the three Tem suggested?

My apologies for not reading the message thoroughly. Results;

1. Toronto Ontario, Canada - Toronto Ontario, Canada -  Ping:39ms   DL:14.64mbps   UL:0.51

2. Toronto Ontario, Canada -  Brasila  -  Ping:208ms    DL:3.77mbps     UL:0.45mbps

3.Toronto Ontario, Canada - Seoul, Korea  -  Ping:249ms     DL:1.54mbps      UL:0.48mbps

So with these results, what is the problem, why when it chooses me as host do I get booted out of games?

To put it quite simply your upload speed sucks. If you play anyone from anywhere in the world other than Canada you will experience significant lag. I would consider upgrading your connection package with your ISP. Combined your ping/upload are killing you as neither are good enough to carry you let alone a room of up to 16 players.

Would a 1 upload with 24 download be ok? The best connection offered is like.. 50 download and 2 upload... for 100 bucks

So long as you aren't advertising and it adheres to the XBL Terms of Service, Code of Conduct and Xbox.com Terms of Use. Instead of posting the website you could just tell us the name of your ISP and we could Google/Bing it from there. It is up to you though of course.

Do you have any friends/family members with the same ISP package and a Xbox 360? If so are they experiencing the same thing?
