Xbox=EA=Battlefield BC2 = Garbage (Help from an experienced supporter)

A long story short.

1.

Bought Battlefield Bad Company 2 on xbox.com

2.

Got an bad a.. problem.

3.

Talked to the nice support of EA for 7 hours.

4.

Talked to the ... support at xbox for 1 hour.

5.

Talked to my internet provider.

Problem fault;

Xbox --> EA (Since you only got 1 problem, EA to blame) ---> Xbox (We tried the best and cant figure out the problem, xbox is the one to give you a refound)

So, now I paid for a game I just got the singleplayer part on and Xbox and EA points at eachother.

Please an experienced supporter, help me, Im tired of talking to EA/Xbox(some "newbs") since no one can help me...

Alright so all throughout that whole question you never did tell us what the exact issue was lol. Please reply back with what's going on, what you're trying to do and what error your getting.

Ehm I want to talk to an experienced supporter, who maby can help me, since phone support is .. 2/10 they just know the basic stuff.

Again you haven't answered my question, so if you'd like help you'd need to actually answer the questions that I just asked.. Need to be a little more specific than, talked to EA and XBOX and can't solve my problem. That doesn't state what the problem is, and it doesn't say what issue your having. No one is going to be able to help you experienced or not. Forums don't work on one person picking up a question, you state the problem and multiple people contribute if they think they can to help you out.

7 hours, opening ports, deleting catche memmory, game, fixing my Ea account(3/5 times), deleting game, xbx profile, formated.

talked to internett provider

(opend nat 100%, ports, everyother game on xbox works perfectly online)

ahhhh that issue

check your download history

you must have the EA online pass for multiplayer function

if i remeber correctly GoD games do not have the online pass included for EA

click on the bf2 online marketplace and see if the EA online pass is free or you have to pay the 10dollars for it

and yes it is a EA problem and no refund is issued due to its functional

What I find amazing is that the guy spent 7 hours on the phone with EA and not once (I am assuming) did they ask him about his online pass. Did they ask you about an online pass? I only ask because if they did you did not mention it.
