Xbox.com Ambassador Problem.

Hi, i applied for the Xbox.com ambassador program about seven days ago, before completion of the survey, it stated, "Applications may take 2 - 5 days to be replied to.", or something along those lines, anyway as I previously stated, it's now 7 days on, and i haven't received an email, it's a relatively new email, although that would strike no problems.

I decided to try and retake the survey about 10 minutes ago, but all it said when i completed it, is that i was already in the program, is there anyway to sort this problem out, or should i just wait, because I'd like to start helping people out.

They stay pretty busy and have their hands full with many things, so you might just have to give them a little more time then if no response, try emailing them, but you have to be patient though.

Similar thing happened with me, the fact that it says you are already in the program suggests still under consideration.
