Xbox webpage keeps going to US Website!

I have £25 (GDP) with my Xbox account, or so it says. I've been trying for a while now to work out how I spend it, so I decided today to buy Minecraft for xbox 360 on this website for £13.49, I click the buy button and it says "no valid payment option", and now says that game is $19.99. I'm having great difficulty trying to get back onto the UK website to purchase this game! I've tried this on my Xbox 360 too, to no avail. I've tried switching regions to see if that would help, but considering there's no way to be sure what region your xbox live account is set to, I'm not sure if I'm helping myself by doing this. I tried clicking the Add a Payment Option button, but that just takes me to a page where they assume you're from the US. Up to the point where I click the buy button the currency is all in GDP, and the URL for the page says /en-GB/ then I click the button and the overlay screen is now suggesting I pay in USD.

This money was a gift for my birthday too, so it's a shame that I'm not able to enjoy the present. Please help. Many thanks.
