Xbox video's for New Zealand

Hey guys I just have one thing to ask here. . .
Why is it that I cant purchase a single movie to watch on my xbox to own??

there are no movies that i can perchase at all! What is going on with that?

Hello,

There are certain features that are not available in all countries. I'm assuming when there are movies that customers in New Zealand can purchase they will be made available.

Unfortunately, at this point if you are not seeing any option to purchase the movies instead of just simply renting them then that is the only available option at this time.

it says that i can rent and i have an option to purchase but it then comes up with an error message saying this item is not available in your area. I have been trying to purchase the fast and furious movies and they are available on dvd and stuff here but i have the microsoft points sitting there and want to use them on movies rather than anything else (seeing as no map packs i want are out).

I have more than enough micrsoft points to do so but it just doesnt allow me to.

It sounds like your Gamertag account is set to a different region than the one you're currently located in.  The Gamertag region needs to match the region that you're located in, that way you'll be able to make purchases without issue.

You'd need to contact phone support or chat support by clicking here in order to start that process. It's up to a 6 week period and some other restrictions in regards to previously purchased content.

That is *** ***!! i do not want to sit around for up to 6 weeks waiting to download *** as i cannot download anything! at all!! not even dlc!

If this is the kinda *** i have to start putting up with now ill just change to ps3 as i have not had a problem up until the last xbox update.

The regional availability for content is different around the world. And it's important to have a Gamertag with a region that matches the actual region you are in.

For an issue with DLC, could you start a thread in the appropriate forum "05 - Playing My Game" ?
