Xbox Video Season Pass NOT WORKING

Ok so i buy the season 3 pass of the walking dead. Watch the whole season. Then the new episode came out last night, so i refreshed via account managment. I don't see season 3 anymore. Wait a hour, still i don't see season 3. Why can't i watch season 3 anymore! I paid 50$ for microsoft points to buy it! Now it's not showing up! I can't just lose 50$ like that! Please Some one help!

Hey Sword! Sorry to hear your having some troubles. Have you tried clearing your Xbox 360 system cache?

I am having the same problem with Vikings. The problem is persisting after clearing my cache.

Jaden242, I've just checked to make sure the Season Pass offers for Vikings are correctly published.  Could you try refreshing your purchase history to see if that solves your problem?  

 

On the Xbox Console, Open Xbox Video > Go to My Videos > Select Account Management > Press X.
