Xbox Video Season Pass NOT WORKING on Surface RT

I purchased a season pass for season 4 of Justified and downloaded the first 3 episodes to my Surface for offline viewing. Episode 4 is now available on the store, but it's not giving me the ability to play or download. It gives me the option to purchase, and then gives me a warning that I've already purchased a pass that includes the episode.  How can I view on my Surface??

We are currently investigating an issue with the Season 4 Pass of Justified.  Thanks for sticking by us while we are working to sort this out.  We'll post back here when we have more info to share about the fix.

Please try deleting and re-installing the app.  This will refresh your purchase history and should allow you to stream or download the episode.

Hey bflock,

I would follow Mattdog's suggestion on re-installing the app on your Surface. 

One thing to note though.. When re-installing apps from Windows RT/8, after you uninstall, if you try to re-install the same application, the system wants to use the original file for the new installation, which will just cause the problem to persist.

Here are the steps to delete that cached file.

  1. Right click on the app's tile.
  2. Select "Uninstall" and confirm.
  3. From the Metro UI, type "WSReset.exe" and press enter
  4. After you see a confirmation the store cache has been reset, re-install the app

I am having the same is use with the "Breaking Bad: The First 4 Seasons". I've downloaded 24 episodes onto my Surface 2 RT, and when I go to my Xbox (setup with the same MS Hotmail account). The program shows in my collection, but only shows a spinning circle when I attempt to view it.

same thing keeps happening to me with each new episode each week. sick of having to uninstall/install everytime!!!!!!!!
