XBOX VIDEO Purchased on XBOX wants me to purchase again
I am not paying for content twice. You people are out of your mind. Of course there is no way to actually get any help with my account... Might as well go back to ITunes, they actually have a way to complain about lost content rights.
Sorry to hear your are having a problem. Are you 100% certain that the profile you are using is the one you made the purchase with? If so, head over to
https://commerce.microsoft.com and review your account to show if you were actually charged for the purchase. If you do show the purchase their but your marketplace is showing you need to purchase
it again I would recommend contacting Microsoft Phone Support to try and resolve the billing matter. As another possibility you try refreshing your videos to see if it will show up a few minutes
