Xbox Live TV shows a purple screen when connected to BT YouView box. Tried turning everything off and disconnecting HDMI cable. Then turning on BT YouView, connecting HDMI cable and finally turning xbox on. It still didn't work. Any ideas?
Try to unplug power from the STB and then restart it. You could try the same with the Xbox later also if needed. In certain few cases a power cycle helps to get the equipment to reconfigure itself to the correct settings.
