man i just happen to me im pissed of i bought he game when it fist came out and now this im furious!

which game is it?

a MS published game or 3rd party

if it is a ms published game you can search the site for the disk replacement program for 20dollars

or you can take it to your local shop and have it rebuffed costs 3-5bucks

(i say have it rebuffed)

if it is a 3rd party publisher and not Microsoft game studios then you can try and contact the publisher and pay whatever fee

are you sure it wasn't moved on non stable surface?

and did it only happen on 1 game

as long as you didn't buy the console used then your 6month of use is still under warranty as its a full year of coverage for warranty

i bought the console December  so i guess i am under the the warranty  and the game is the resident evil 5 so if i have it rebuffed it will work cause the scratch is like all in the center like a ring it never did it b4 but then again i hear a vibrating noice i never noticed it b4 umm  yeah it is a ms original game

No resident evil isn't a ms game that's a capcom game lol maybe you should read your labels you need to call capcom on this one and pay their replacement fee

Capcom is their own company and has nothing to do with Microsoft game studios

Goto capcom.com and look for disk replacement if they have any if not you will have to get it rebuffed

Resident evil has never been published by ms game studios re was always as cross platform game

Mostly all Xbox 360 consoles have the ring problem. The simple fix is, do not stand the system up vertically on it's sides, but lay it flat. Also, do not move the system while a disc is in the tray. If you need to move the system, shut the system off first. Finally, large movements can also cause the vibration to cause the disc to wobble and get scratched. So don't stomp your feet when you lose lol.
