Xbox repairs

I called your customer support line for help. I requested that I was sent a label to send my xbox back in AGAIN for the following reasons: Game Skipping, Consistant Freezing, and Its ruining my games (The ones I paid $60+ for!). I would like for this to be fixed and help me by sending a label for my xbox so I can ship it back to you guys for furthur repairs. I am very disappointed with my service, and I may no longer continue purchasing Microsoft Merchandise. Thanks, Robert Webb (iPro GoinHam).

Why have you waited a year?, you should have given it a week max then phoned support.
I recommend giving them a ring as soon as you are able.

But if your warranty has run out you will need to pay for the repair.service.
