Xbox Profile is not recognized when entering in a 360 game through Xbox ONE

Hi there

We have a problema launching a game in Xbox ONE from the backward compatibility

When entering in a 360 game, appears the messagem "Data will not be saved, controller sellected didn't connected to a profile player. To save configuration and progresso, please, enter with a profile"

We did the following troubleshoot: Removed all profiles, cleared cache, cleared Storage data from 360, Power cycle console. After it, we downloaded profile again, but the issue persist, so, we exausted all TS possible

If helps, the first time we try to connect to a 360 game, the game displayed an option to choose a profile, but we had a connection failure and this message did not show again

Can you guys give us a solution for this issue? How can we enable the console or games to request a profile again

Hi guys. The problem was solved

Just enter with your profile in a console 360, let a game running and when you try to enter in the Xbox ONE again, you'll be able to play backward compatibility games
