Xbox one marketplace wont work

All it says is fall back nothing found and then when i go to my settings it says we couldn't get your family info from Xbox Live. (0x80bd004) And i have no idea what to do but when i sign out the marketplace works...

 Try doing a power cycle of your console (hold the Xbox console touch button for 8 seconds until your console turns off), then wait 30 seconds, turn it back on, and see if the same problems occurs. The power cycle will clear your cache and reset your network card. Let us know if this helps.

I'm having the same problem.

I go to the store, select 'games' under categories, then select 'all games' and I get a screen saying "we did not find anything"

I have power cycled the console, didn't work.
