Is anyone else experiencing problems with their Xbox's just disconnecting them from their router randomly? Mine keeps doing it and when I go to check connection it says I'm still connected. I have to keep turning off my Xbox with the 'hold power button
for 5 seconds' trick and it's really starting to grate on me. Can anyone offer any solution to this? Everything else (2 pcs, 2 ipads, wii u, xbox 360 and ps3) still stay comnected fine so I know it's not a problem with the router.
Need more info about your setup, i.e. router location as well as model number, distance from the Xbox One, other wireless devices in the home/perhaps nearby the One. Things like 2.4GHz keyboards, mice, Bluetooth devices, cordless phones also in the home?
Did this solve your problem?
Sorry this didn't help.
