I've contacted multiple times with customer support (both in-game chat and telephone), only to be rudely told they cannot help or will not help me (and the one time they said it will be submitted to escalation, it was never done after I called back and they looked it up for me).
I want escalations team to contact me regarding this issue. Xbox was bought over 3 months ago (family bought it as a gift for me), didn't receive it until roughly 3 weeks ago, and finally opened it up few days ago, registered it, loving Desitny, but noticed no Halo MCC pre-installed. Looked for the code inside the box, nothing (only the 14-day trial code for gold). Family member no longer have the receipt for this as it was over 3 months ago. Box was completely sealed, so I know it was brand new. I am very tired with Xbox and retailer pointing fingers are one another. I just want my game and i want escalations to contact me to get this resolved.
