I have recently bought a £15 worth of credit and I have redeemed it and when I go and purchase something nothing happens and it comes up with change billing option and not saying I have credit. Please may you help me out.
If you are trying to purchase something on the website here it will not work as the site has not yet been set up to use currency. You will need to purchase items from the Xbox Marketplace.
Also, bear in mind that now that currency is being used tax must be charged on items. If you have less than the amount required after taxes the system will need an alternate payment method. You can either go out and purchase another currency card or add
a credit card or paypal to your account to cover the difference.
